I had a fantastic stay in a brand new property that was clean and comfortable, and I loved being just a short walk away from Centennial Park and only a quick drive to the Community Veterans Memorial, making my city strolls easily accessible. plus, it was only a few steps from some great dining options like White Castle and Harvest Room for when I needed a quick bite after my adventures.

great breakfast

Family with children excellent stay

Our stay was filled with unexpected laughs and great service. One moment really stood out when we were late for breakfast and the staff brought out a backup toaster just for us, that was above and beyond!

It wasn’t exactly cheap but I’ll say that it was acceptable for what we got.

The staff from the front desk to the maids were notably friendly and professional. The breakfast offered a wide variety, which was a pleasant surprise. However, check-in took an unusually long time due to computer issues. The lack of complimentary tea or coffee was disappointing, especially after a long drive. While the room was clean and the shower exceptional, the bed was not as comfortable as anticipated.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was really spacious and clean. The shower was the highlight for sure, super nice! But honestly, the bed looked great but wasn’t comfy at all, which was a bummer after a long drive. Also, I really missed having complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. that’s a must for me when staying at a hotel.
